We are looking for a seasoned Data Delivery Manager to join our team and oversee the successful execution of data-centric projects. In this role, you will lead multidisciplinary teams, bridge technical capabilities with business objectives, and drive the implementation of robust data strategies. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in managing data initiatives, strong leadership acumen, and a commitment to optimizing processes and workflows. You will play a critical role in ensuring project success, fostering teamwork, and upholding data quality and consistency.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of data projects, ensuring they align with organizational priorities and are completed on time
  • Collaborate with data teams, including engineers, analysts, and stakeholders, to establish shared goals and objectives
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to ensure successful outcomes
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, timelines, and resource plans
  • Advocate for and implement best practices in data management and delivery across teams
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency throughout the project lifecycle
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather data requirements and turn them into actionable plans
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Refine workflows to improve efficiency and scalability in the execution of data projects
  • Track project outcomes and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing data delivery projects
  • Minimum of 2 years leading teams of 5 or more in roles such as Architect, Manager, or Product Owner, with demonstrated leadership skills
  • Proven involvement in at least two full project lifecycles or participation in multiple projects spanning different development phases
  • Extensive expertise in planning and managing data delivery processes for complex initiatives
  • Strong ability to implement data strategies that support business objectives and enhance decision-making
  • Hands-on experience with data profiling, including identifying trends, resolving quality issues, and optimizing data utilization
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken, at a C1 level or higher
Nice to have
  • Certifications in project or delivery management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or similar qualifications
  • Experience with modern data platforms and tools to streamline delivery processes
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies to effectively manage data-focused projects
