Responsibilities
- Manage presales activities, including estimations, proposals, and RFP responses
- Define tailored test strategies that encapsulate team setup, process design, tool selection, frameworks, and infrastructure readiness
- Address QA challenges such as quality gaps, process inefficiencies, and prolonged testing timelines
- Collaborate with EPAM specialists and internal teams to achieve targeted results
- Create scalable solutions for Functional Testing or Test Automation integrated with DevOps, Business Analysis, and development workflows
- Demonstrate AI-powered SDLC tools to showcase improvements in test automation, code quality, and delivery timelines
- Facilitate AI adoption within the SDLC by conducting workshops, creating documentation, and developing best practices
- Utilize KPIs (e.g., time-to-market, defect rates, cost savings) to measure business value and support key decisions
Requirements
- Background in Functional Testing or Test Automation with 5+ years of experience
- Proven ability to establish QA projects and address delivery challenges
- Solid understanding of processes like DevOps, Development, and Business Analysis
- Strong expertise in presales and RFP-related engagements
- Familiarity with AI tools and solutions
- Skills in connecting technical approaches to business outcomes (e.g., scalability, cost savings, ROI)
- Awareness of ethical AI standards and data privacy regulations
- Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English (B2+)
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or relevant field
