We are looking for a Consultant / Architect in Testing / Test Manager (Presales Focus).

Responsibilities
- Lead presales activities, including estimations, proposals, and RFP responses
- Define and implement tailored test strategies — from team setup to process design, tool selection, frameworks, and infrastructure readiness
- Tackle QA challenges such as poor quality, inefficient processes, and prolonged testing cycles
- Collaborate with EPAM experts and internal teams to deliver results
- Design scalable solutions for Functional Testing or Test Automation that integrate with DevOps, BA, and development workflows
- Prototype and demonstrate AI-powered SDLC tools to improve test automation, code quality, and delivery speed
- Promote AI adoption across the SDLC through workshops, documentation, and best practices
- Use KPIs (time-to-market, defect rate, cost savings) to quantify business value and guide decision-making
Requirements
- 5+ years’ hands-on experience in Functional Testing or Test Automation
- Proven experience establishing QA projects and resolving delivery issues
- Solid understanding of upstream processes (DevOps, Development, Business Analysis)
- Strong presales and RFP experience
- Direct exposure to AI tools and solutions
- Ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes (cost savings, scalability, ROI)
- Awareness of data privacy regulations and ethical AI practices
- Excellent communication skills, English B2+
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field
