We are seeking a dynamic Consultant / Architect in Testing / Test Manager with a strong focus on presales activities to join our committed Testing Competency Center.
Take the lead in shaping cutting-edge testing strategies and AI-driven SDLC transformations while delivering tailored solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead presales initiatives, including preparing estimations, proposals, and responding to RFPs
- Define optimized test strategies that encompass team structures, process design, tool selection, frameworks, and infrastructure readiness
- Address QA inefficiencies around quality issues, testing workflows, and cycle delays
- Partner with internal teams and EPAM specialists to deliver high-value solutions
- Design scalable test automation frameworks that integrate seamlessly with DevOps, business analysis, and development processes
- Prototype AI-driven SDLC tools to enhance automation, code quality, and delivery velocity
- Advocate for AI adoption by conducting workshops, producing documentation, and sharing best practices
- Implement KPIs like time-to-market, defect rate, and cost efficiency to highlight measurable business value
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on expertise in Functional Testing or Test Automation
- Background in launching QA projects and resolving delivery bottlenecks
- Understanding of upstream workflows such as DevOps, Business Analysis, and Development
- Skills in presales and crafting responses to RFPs
- Familiarity with AI technologies and solutions in software testing
- Capability to tie technical recommendations to business outcomes like ROI and scalability
- Awareness of data privacy principles and ethical frameworks for AI integration
- Proficiency in English at B2+ level and effective communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical subject or related field
