We are seeking a Cloud Solution Architect to join our team.
This position provides the chance to influence cloud adoption strategies and deliver creative solutions for a variety of clients. You will be part of a supportive team, empowering organizations to maximize the benefits of cloud technology.
Responsibilities
- Support clients throughout their AWS cloud journey by collecting requirements, evaluating total cost of ownership, and preparing business cases
- Assess the current state of client cloud environments, review AWS implementations, pinpoint gaps, and suggest actionable improvements
- Formulate end-to-end strategies for AWS cloud transformation, covering governance, automation, security, deployment, and ongoing operations
- Create AWS architectural designs to facilitate cloud migration, analyze application and IT service portfolios, and develop plans for migration, transformation, and automation
- Deliver AWS cloud-native solutions by utilizing the full suite of AWS offerings
- Design and deploy cloud-agnostic microservices architectures using Kubernetes, Pivotal, and other PaaS platforms
- Guide clients through technical and organizational changes during Cloud and DevOps transformations on a daily basis
- Serve as an AWS subject matter expert, providing guidance on architecture, governance, scalability, security, operations, and cost management best practices
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in cloud architecture or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years in a leadership, management, architect, owner, or coordinator capacity
- At least 1 year of experience managing teams of five or more members
- Involvement in at least two end-to-end project cycles or participation in several projects across different development stages
- Extensive technical expertise in AWS Cloud and other cloud architecture areas
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex AWS or hybrid cloud solutions
- Advanced understanding of private, public, and hybrid cloud models, networking, workload types, migration approaches, and associated tools
- Practical experience with enterprise applications, IT services, software engineering, compliance, security, and IT operations
- Thorough knowledge of cloud design patterns, operational models, and cost structures, with the ability to apply or recommend best practices
- Capability to present innovative and effective technical solutions, gain client approval, and fulfill commitments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information in a business-friendly manner
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, at B2 level or above
