We are looking for a Client Engagement Leader to build and nurture strong, long-term relationships, ensuring customer success, and finding growth opportunities by deeply understanding client needs and coordinating internal teams
As a Client Engagement Leader, you will play a key role in expanding our client base, driving revenue growth and contributing to EPAM's success in the Startups and ISVs portfolio across EMEA and globally.

Responsibilities
- Explore and pursue new business opportunities across different verticals, where we can consult, deliver new and enhance existing solutions
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities in the ISVs, Tech Heavy Startups space, and provide strategic insights to the Leadership team
- Build trust, serve as the central point of contact, and ensure seamless communication
- Analyze and represent the client's needs internally, craft our value proposition, starting with consulting and extending to digital product engineering services
- Collaborate with engineering, business and delivery teams to drive innovative solutions that boost client business
- Act as a trusted advisor on AI adoption: leverage EPAM AI/RUN value proposition to help clients embed AI into their processes and solutions
- Partner with EPAM’s AI practice to create AI-enabled value propositions for ISVs and VC/PE portfolio companies
- Represent EPAM at industry events, ISV summits, AI and VC/PE forums
- Activate marketing and community campaigns to increase visibility of EPAM as the go-to partner for ISVs
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven experience in Business Development, Consulting or Delivery management, experience in driving business transformation projects
- Strong network, including within Venture Capital and Private Equity space, deep understanding of the tech ecosystem
- Track record of closing high-value commercial engagements, experience in selling full SDLC projects into tech-heavy businesses
- Hands-on with AI and data-driven technologies; ability to articulate how AI creates measurable value
- Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels, eagerness to deep dive into new subject matter, and adding value to clients
- C1+ level English
