We are currently seeking a Chief Salesforce Developer to join our remote workforce.
In this key role, you will lead the development and maintenance of our Salesforce applications, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and functionality. Responsibilities
- Analyze user stories and translate them into technical requirements for Salesforce applications
- Code Salesforce applications to meet business requirements and project timelines
- Perform QA testing to identify and fix application issues before deployment
- Provide operational and troubleshooting support for Salesforce applications
- Continuously improve Salesforce applications to optimize their performance and functionality
- Conduct routine maintenance and testing to ensure the ongoing stability and security of Salesforce applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce applications meet business needs and integrate with other systems
- Lead the development team in the Agile development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality code
- Monitor and report on Salesforce application performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other developers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce Development
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams of developers, ensuring successful project outcomes
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience in Testing in Salesforce to ensure optimal application performance
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot application issues
- Familiarity with operational support and routine maintenance of Salesforce applications
- Fluent in Salesforce Query and Search Language (SOSL and SOQL) to extract and manipulate data
- Certification as a Platform Developer II
- Proficiency in the English language at a B2 level and higher
Nice to have
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems and platforms
- Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein Analytics for data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) to create accurate quotes and proposals
- Certification in Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Salesforce Architect
