We are seeking an accomplished Chief .NET Developer to lead the design, enhancement, and maintenance of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and maintain dependable applications using the .NET Framework to meet business needs
- Create backend functionality with C# to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions
- Enhance team collaboration by streamlining workflows and utilizing Atlassian Jira for project tracking
- Collaborate with various teams to document workflows and organize tasks through Confluence Cloud
- Build responsive and engaging frontend applications using TypeScript for optimal user experience
- Lead code reviews, enforce development standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables across the team
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain application performance and reliability
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with strategic goals
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of growth and skill development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in .NET development with a focus on scalable and maintainable applications
- Proven ability to lead and manage development teams in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- In-depth expertise in the .NET Framework, with hands-on experience in application development and debugging
- Advanced proficiency in C# for backend development and creating efficient, maintainable codebases
- Experience using Atlassian Jira for project tracking and team collaboration
- Familiarity with Confluence Cloud for documenting workflows and managing processes
- Strong skills in TypeScript for developing responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces
- Fluent English communication skills (B2 level or higher), both written and spoken, for effective collaboration and documentation
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with AWS for deploying and managing cloud-based applications
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps for managing CI/CD pipelines and streamlining development workflows
- Familiarity with Commercetools and Contentful for e-commerce and content management solutions
- Experience implementing DevOps practices in AWS environments to optimize development processes
- Background in e-commerce development, focusing on retail-specific applications and solutions
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure for cloud hosting and application optimization
- Experience with Spring Boot for backend development in enterprise-level projects
- Knowledge of VueJS for building dynamic and interactive frontend components
