Responsibilities
- Design scalable, maintainable, and dependable software architectures
- Coordinate with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver smooth user and internal experiences
- Guide technical discussions, review code, and direct architectural decisions within your team
- Establish and uphold comprehensive testing strategies to ensure critical workflow coverage
- Manage system performance, reliability, and monitoring improvements
- Coach engineers on best practices and encourage ongoing team skill enhancement
- Promote the integration of new technologies and define development standards
Requirements
- Proven Java development expertise with at least 7 years of experience
- Extensive knowledge of GraphQL, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Demonstrated leadership skills including leading technical debates and mentoring colleagues
- Experience building scalable web, mobile, or backend platforms
- In-depth understanding of software testing methodologies and maintaining test coverage
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and effective communication skills
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Contentful CMS
- Experience with Docker containerization
- Knowledge of Kotlin programming language
- Hands-on expertise with Next.js framework
- Experience with Storybook for UI component development
