Responsibilities
- Extract data from Spotfire reports within Clarity PPM and export it to Excel files
- Transform data using intermediate to advanced Excel features such as formulas, Power Query, pivot tables, macros, and office scripts
- Load data by converting Excel files to CSV format and uploading them to SharePoint directories
- Operate and fine-tune UiPath StudioX bots for automating timesheet approvals and BMO Pop workflows
- Create and maintain Power BI desktop reports using intermediate to advanced DAX formulas
- Manage Power BI workspaces, publish reports to Power BI Service, and distribute content as apps
- Integrate Power Apps into Power BI reports for gathering user feedback and set up Power Automate flows for data refreshes
- Write SQL queries to generate reports and connect Power BI to SQL Server databases
- Design and manage SharePoint pages including web parts and administer user permissions for SharePoint document libraries
- Perform ad hoc tasks involving data analytics and visualization as required
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in data analytics and visualization
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including formulas, Power Query, pivot tables, macros, and office scripts
- Proficient in Microsoft Power BI report creation, DAX expressions, workspace management, and report deployment
- Knowledge of SQL with ability to author queries for reporting
- Familiarity with UiPath StudioX for business process automation
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint including page design and user permission management
- Strong analytical thinking and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work Toronto office hours and manage early data extraction activities
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with clients and team members
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with integrating Power Apps and Power Automate into Power BI reports
- Understanding of Clarity PPM for project and portfolio management
- Knowledge of advanced automation scripting and bot development beyond UiPath StudioX
- Certification in Microsoft Power BI or similar analytics platforms
- Experience with data governance and security best practices in SharePoint environments
