We are on the lookout for an accomplished Chief Business Analyst to add to our workforce.
The perfect candidate will possess an extensive background in business intelligence tools and governance, with the flair to rapidly construct requirements and iterative measures. You will collaborate intimately with product owners and development teams to glean insights into business strategies, outline MVPs, and consistently provide value to end-users.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the product owner to define the requirements of business strategy leaders and users
- Establish MVPs and iterative approaches together with stakeholders to facilitate value delivery using epics and features
- Draft and refine user stories with minimal guidance based on features that may be ambiguously defined
- Comprehend technical schemes and system integrations to pinpoint and relay divisional dependencies
- Work alongside QA and development teams to forge test strategies and schemes based on acceptance criteria
- Facilitate the provision of incremental and continuous value to end users ensuring implementations align with anticipated user value
- Investigate and troubleshoot production challenges using basic and advanced tools with little assistance
- Elevate issues as necessary and collaborate with users towards resolution
- Conduct impact assessments and disseminate results to steer priority decisions and hasten the definition and refinement of features and user stories
- Document and manage risks associated with products and/or processes in compliance with standards and guidelines
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis
- 2+ years in a pertinent leadership role
- Background in developing and managing content within BI tools like Tableau and Power BI
- Expertise in authoring and reviewing SQL
- Proficiency in constructing requirements and creating measurement tools for business intelligence platforms
- Capability to execute troubleshooting and issue rectification
- Qualifications in developing and managing intricate business flow diagrams like process maps and data flows
- Familiarity with Collibra, Tableau, and Power BI
- Background in the implementation of BI platform governance
- Understanding of adherence to risk compliance and documentation standards
- Fluent English language skills at B2+ proficiency level
Nice to have
- Advanced knowledge of Tableau and Power BI administration for acquiring and presenting measures
- Previous engagement in a parallel role within the Governance and Measurement sector
