We are looking for a Chief BTP DevOps to join our organization

Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment and oversight of SAP BTP cloud solutions
- Strengthen and maintain optimal system performance and reliability
- Coordinate with development and operations teams to facilitate seamless integration
- Manage and distribute cloud infrastructure resources
- Promote automation for operational tasks and workflows
- Enforce security measures and governance policies
- Provide support for incident resolution and conduct in-depth analysis of root causes
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of DevOps strategies
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in DevOps roles
- Minimum of 2 years guiding and managing development teams
- Proven track record in technical leadership, influencing project outcomes, setting best practices, and ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Advanced expertise in BTP DevOps methodologies
- Practical experience working with SAP BTP in a DevOps setting
- Familiarity with every stage of the software development lifecycle, from initial design to deployment
- Solid understanding of agile development principles
- Proficient in lean infrastructure tools such as Git, TeamCity, Jenkins, and knowledgeable about Continuous Delivery techniques
- Strong foundation in distributed systems, data processing technologies, and cloud-native architectures
- Skilled in handling containerized platforms and CI/CD pipeline operations
- Ability to design and implement solutions across front-end, back-end, and database layers
- Competent in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical challenges
- Experience collaborating in agile teams, particularly those utilizing SAFe frameworks
- Exceptional analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
- Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities in multicultural, global settings
- Organized and focused approach to task management
- High level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken, at B2+ or above
