Business Solution Architect (Salesforce Service Cloud)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, refine requirements, and deliver innovative solutions that drive transformation across enterprise processes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead functional client discussions, requirements refinement sessions, demonstrations, and walk-throughs for various audiences
  • Facilitate discovery sessions with business stakeholders to capture and document detailed business processes
  • Define and manage user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure alignment with configuration, development, and testing needs
  • Guide capacity planning, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning efforts to achieve project milestones
  • Collaborate with business solution architects and software architects to develop solution designs and coordinate development tasks
  • Coordinate testing activities with the quality assurance team to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to help target audiences successfully adopt solutions
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of practical hands-on experience in Salesforce development
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with strong skills in written, verbal, and presentation communication
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification and Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification
  • Background in documenting business process diagrams along with creating epics and detailed user stories
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog prioritization
  • Knowledge of requirements analysis, enterprise business process analysis, and organizational consulting
  • Proficiency in facilitating collaboration across business stakeholders, architects, and development teams
