Business Solution Architect (Salesforce)

We are seeking a skilled Business Solution Architect with expertise in Salesforce and a strong background in Life Sciences and Healthcare Technologies.

As a Business Solution Architect, you will be responsible for reviewing product requirements, generating functional designs, and presenting documentation to design teams. You will collaborate closely with Solution Design leads to ensure alignment with overall product design governance. Your role will involve working daily with scrum teams to ensure product backlog refinement and readiness for development, as well as updating project management with any associated risks and issues. This position requires significant experience in a similar role, particularly managing global and large-scale projects within the Healthcare and Pharma industries in the USA.

Responsibilities
  • Review product requirements and generate functional designs
  • Present documentation to design teams
  • Collaborate with Solution Design leads for design alignment
  • Work with scrum teams for product backlog refinement
  • Update project management with risks and issues
  • Manage global and large-scale projects
  • Utilize Agile methodology and work with product scrum teams
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce configurations and Lightning Design System
  • Conduct proof of concepts to support technical teams
  • Ensure effective communication and documentation
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of practical hands-on experience in Salesforce
  • 1+ years of experience as a Business Solution Architect
  • Background in Life Sciences and Healthcare Technologies Solutions
  • Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Health Cloud
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configurations, VisualForce, API, AppExchange deployment, Flow, and Lightning web components
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Salesforce certification and Platform App Builder certification required
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a high-paced, multi-cultural team environment
  • Fluent English skills at a B2+ level
