We are seeking a skilled Business Solution Architect to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that propel success in the domain of Patient Services and Innovative Medicine.
As a vital member of our team, you will connect business requirements to technical solutions, driving impactful results across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead solution architectures for internal customers within Patient Services and Innovative Medicine
- Support product owners/managers by defining business needs and creating future roadmaps
- Establish project rationale and evaluate feasibility for proposed initiatives
- Engage in global/regional workshops to gather and refine business requirements
- Prioritize user experience while designing solutions using Salesforce out-of-the-box functionalities
- Ensure detailed designs align with proposed architectures and trace to functional and non-functional requirements
- Maintain accountability for Security and Compliance adherence within the Service Delivery scope
- Document solution designs iteratively to ensure implemented solutions align with specifications and are fit for purpose
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Operations Teams to organize and implement deployments
- Participate in decision-making processes with internal stakeholder groups
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in healthcare solution design, business analysis, or equivalent roles, with a focus on global, multi-team projects
- Practical functional knowledge of Salesforce features in Service Cloud and Health Cloud, along with technical familiarity of platform capabilities
- University education in a business or technical discipline or equivalent professional experience
- Background in Patient Services capability development and pharmacovigilance-related controls
- Proficiency in organizational, communication, presentation, and writing skills across diverse management levels
- Capability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, and matrixed organization
- Stakeholder management competency focused on delivering results under tight timelines while upholding quality standards
- Strong attention to detail, collaborative abilities, and interpersonal skills
Nice to have
- Understanding of key Salesforce implementation methodologies and best practices
- Knowledge of applicable healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
- Background in analytics and reporting functionalities for customer services
- Expertise in integrating Salesforce with external tools and platforms
