We are seeking a Business Analyst with e-commerce expertise.

In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of e-commerce and SAP Commerce Cloud to support our project teams. You will be instrumental in managing requirements and project scope while ensuring successful customer engagement.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with project teams including Solution Architects, Product Owners, and Development teams
Manage requirements and project scope effectively
Participate in Agile-based projects to deliver results
Engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations
Facilitate negotiations among various stakeholders
Document project requirements and ensure clarity
Analyze market trends to inform project strategies
Support client activities to enhance engagement and satisfaction
Contribute to project planning and execution
Utilize SAP Marketing Cloud for effective project management

Requirements

Experience in business analysis with a focus on e-commerce, 2+ years
Knowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud and SAP Marketing Cloud
Experience with Agile project methodologies
Understanding of client support activities in a project context
Proficiency in stakeholder management and negotiation
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Familiarity with project documentation and reporting
