BPO Delivery Team Lead

We are looking for a remote BPO Delivery Team Lead to expand our team and run projects related to data entry, processing, annotation, IT supplementation services and content management.

You will be an essential part of our BPO team and work closely with delivery organizations, account managers, and pre-sales teams to develop the best approaches for service provisioning while creating estimates, timeline and cost analysis that would lead to successful implementation and project delivery. You will be responsible for the successful implementation of new projects, takeover existing services, and driving the initial discovery phase by working with client business stakeholders and other teams inside the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Work as part of BPO team with delivery organization, account managers, pre-sales teams, and client business stakeholders to develop the best approaches for service provisioning
  • Create estimates, timeline and cost analysis that would lead to successful implementation and project delivery within a managed service model
  • Kicking off new projects, takeover existing services, and driving the initial discovery phase by working with client business stakeholders and other teams inside the organization
  • Drive successful implementation through organization of proper process and communication flow, tool selection, ensuring proper team training, qualitative output, and timely delivery according to the agreed timeline
  • Manage resources effectively and efficiently to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of projects
  • Establish reporting process and identify key project risks to mitigate them in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project completion and delivery
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT services and working with clients
  • 1+ year of relevant leadership experience
  • Practical knowledge of working with clients in IT services
  • Experience with people management processes, including hiring, onboarding, performance development, professional growth, recognition, retention, and succession planning
  • Solid project lifecycle understanding, being able to ensure proper project processes setup from the very beginning and up to closure
  • Effective written, verbal presentation and communication skills, with the ability to quickly understand clients’ objectives and define stakeholders needs and requirements
  • Ability to establish reporting process and identify key project risks
  • Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations and act decisively and to be supportive, consultative, and collaborative while working effectively across national boundaries, take responsibility, and be accountable for own and team actions
  • Ability to propose approaches to increase performance and deliver functional and valuable solutions
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, with at least a C1 level of competency, for effective communication with clients and team members
