Backend Developer (Python/AWS)

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with expertise in Python and a strong command of AWS services, particularly in serverless architecture components such as Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and API Gateway.

As a key contributor to the development team, you will design and implement backend solutions for applications that combine technical rules with business logic while collaborating effectively in an agile environment.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain efficient, scalable, and secure backend systems using Python
  • Develop serverless and cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and API Gateway
  • Design, implement, and optimize APIs including REST API and GraphQL
  • Work with Django and FastAPI frameworks to meet project requirements
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver functionality aligned with business needs
  • Incorporate integrations with third-party services and platforms where required
  • Apply best practices for code quality, security, and performance in backend development
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a proactive and efficient manner
  • Document code, solutions, and architectural decisions clearly for long-term maintainability
  • Participate actively in team discussions, providing input on technical decisions and improvement opportunities
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working with Python, AWS Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB
  • Strong background in API Gateways, REST API, and GraphQL
  • Proficiency in Django and FastAPI frameworks
  • Competency in designing and implementing serverless architectures
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
  • Experience working with application workflows that blend business rules and technical conditions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in a remote or hybrid setting
Nice to have
  • Knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript
  • Understanding of SAP integrations
  • Skills in application development involving operational or planning flows
