We are looking for an experienced Azure DevOps Lead Engineer to spearhead a dedicated team of 4-5 DevOps engineers in partnership with a client's Security Team.
This role is critical for driving the enhancement of infrastructure automation, cloud operations, and secure deployment pipelines. If you're passionate about integrating DevOps and security practices while leading a high-performing team, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Proven hands-on experience with Azure cloud services
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
- Expertise in working with Kubernetes for containerized application deployments
- Skilled in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Practical experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Microsoft Sentinel and Dynatrace
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation tasks
- Experience in supporting security operations and workflows, including vulnerability management and compliance
Requirements
- Collaborate with the client Security Team to design and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines utilizing Azure DevOps
- Manage, automate, and optimize cloud infrastructure through Terraform and Azure services
- Oversee containerized application deployments and ensure stable operations within Kubernetes environments
- Implement monitoring and logging solutions to enhance system visibility and reliability
- Automate operational and security workflows to improve team efficiency
- Address security-related DevOps areas like secrets management, compliance automation, and incident response
- Guarantee that all infrastructure and deployment processes adhere to best practices and organizational security policies
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to your team of DevOps engineers

- A solid understanding of cloud compliance and auditing practices
- Hands-on experience integrating security tools into CI/CD workflows
- Background in working in environments where infrastructure aligns tightly with security principles
- Familiarity with additional programming or scripting languages to complement automation efforts
