We are seeking an AWS DevOps Engineer to develop and maintain scalable EC2 Image Builder pipelines within our Platform Team.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain EC2 Image Builder pipelines for standardized AMIs
- Support migration of Jenkins-based image and build workflows to AWS solutions
- Contribute to CI/CD processes using GitHub Actions and AWS CodeBuild
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure pipelines and tooling are easy to consume and integrate
- Participate actively in SAFe ceremonies and agile processes
- Enhance pipeline scalability and reusability using AWS services
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to image-building workflows
- Document processes and share knowledge within the team
- Ensure security and compliance standards are maintained in pipelines
- Monitor pipeline performance and optimize as necessary
Requirements
- Experience with GitHub Actions, Terraform, and Python with at least 2 years in a DevOps role
- Strong knowledge of AWS services including EC2, EC2 Image Builder, CodeBuild, Lambda, EventBridge, Step Functions, ECS, ECR, SNS, SQS, Auto Scaling Groups, S3, IAM, and AWS APIs
- Build engineering experience in at least one language: Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET
- Ability to support migration from Jenkins-based workflows to AWS-based solutions
- Experience working in SAFe agile environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level (B2)
Nice to have
- Experience with Jenkins and Groovy scripting
- Familiarity with SonarQube for code quality analysis
- Knowledge of AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK)
- Experience with Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) or other container orchestration platforms
