Automation Tester in Java
Our team is actively seeking a skilled Automation Tester with strong Java expertise to join our vibrant group and contribute significantly to the enhancement of our automation framework.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and refining automated tests to ensure that our software products meet the highest standards of quality. This role requires exceptional problem-solving abilities and a passion for continuous learning in a dynamic tech environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement functional, integration, and acceptance test cases
- Design automated tests for regression, functional, and smoke testing
- Perform automation tasks in compliance with strict testing protocols
- Quickly identify and resolve system issues
- Automate testing for both backend services (REST APIs) and front-end interfaces
- Thoroughly document and report any defects identified
- Manage test data and effectively handle testing environments
- Oversee version control of test scripts
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years dedicated to test automation development or a combination of development and testing roles
- High-level expertise in Java
- Proficiency with Jenkins and Git
- Ability to develop and maintain automation scripts
- Experienced in agile methodologies
- Proficient in REST testing and experienced with tools such as Selenium
- Proven ability to integrate testing protocols into CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Well-versed in functional, integration, and regression testing
- Solid grasp of manual testing methods
- Fluent English communication skills, with a proficiency level of B2 or higher
