Associate Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our remote team.
You will work closely with key stakeholders from the client side to ensure timely and effective delivery of services. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement and implementing processes like incident management and change management. Your ability to understand both functional and technical requirements, as well as your experience in support management, will be critical to your success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Lead a Scrum team and manage the organization
- Close communication gaps between L2 and L3 support
- Identify areas of improvement for the platform and implement processes like incident management and change management
- Facilitate plan and roadmap creation
- Monitor progress and report status regularly
- Execute the issues escalation process
- Collaborate effectively with delivery teams for seamless project completion
- Setup SRE communication loops of improvements (RCAs, Post Mortems, Retrospectives)
- Ensure project meets success criteria
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in project management and service delivery
- Experience with ITIL processes, including change management, incident management, and problem management
- Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders from the client side
- Experience in support management, with a focus on incident and problem management
- Ability to understand both functional and technical requirements
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to lead by example
- Experience working in a multicultural environment
- Advanced proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
