We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Salesforce Technical Architect to join our team.
This role involves overseeing the technical aspects of Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, and optimizing system performance. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Salesforce technologies and architectures, with a strong background in delivering custom solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical implementation of Salesforce projects
- Serve as an expert on Salesforce products, integrations, and best practices
- Optimize custom solutions within Salesforce environments
- Guide development teams to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices
- Navigate Salesforce limitations and governors effectively
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Technical Architect or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- Proficiency in Salesforce Apex and Salesforce Lightning
- Skills in Core Salesforce and Technical Architecture
- Expertise in Data Integration Architecture and Migration Approaches and Tools
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification mandatory
- Background in Agile methodology
- Competency in providing technical solutions based on Salesforce best practices
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
