Associate Operation Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Operation Specialist to join our team at EPAM Systems. In this vital role, you'll be responsible for guiding new hires through a seamless onboarding process, ensuring their smooth and successful integration into our organization. Your efforts will help establish a solid foundation for new employees, contributing to their long-term success and satisfaction with the company.

Responsibilities
  • Provide necessary information and resources to new hires to ensure a successful transition
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new hires, addressing their inquiries and managing the onboarding process
  • Facilitate the completion of all required new hire paperwork, including employment contracts and other documentation
  • Manage the pre-hiring background checks process in collaboration with external vendors
  • Monitor the integration of new employees, identify challenges, and offer necessary support
  • Collaborate with local HR and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition for new employees
  • Plan and coordinate logistics for new employee onboarding, including scheduling and preparation of materials
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and offer guidance and support to new hires throughout the process
  • Ensure all background checks and paperwork are completed, maintaining compliance with legal and administrative requirements
  • Assist new hires with paperwork completion and IT setup
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in onboarding with a proven track record of successful processes
  • In-depth knowledge of onboarding best practices, HR policies, and employment laws applicable in India
  • Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage and streamline the onboarding process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with new employees
  • Keen attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously
  • Adaptability and flexibility to meet the diverse needs of new employees
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and experience with various applicant tracking systems
  • Skilled in MS Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Indian labour laws and regulations pertinent to onboarding and employee documentation
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills (B2+ level or higher)
Nice to have
  • Experience in conducting training sessions for new hires
  • Knowledge of additional HR processes beyond onboarding, such as performance management or employee engagement strategies
