We are actively recruiting an Associate Delivery Manager to strengthen our remote team and make a significant impact on a major project for a leading client in the retail sector, specializing in apparel, textiles, and essential goods. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing the consumer shopping experience and fostering loyalty by synergizing the client’s brick-and-mortar stores with their loyalty app, and harmonizing their online and offline activities. This is a unique chance to influence both the digital and physical retail dimensions of a thriving enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead initiatives that aim to enhance the achievement of business goals
- Facilitate the seamless integration of physical retail locations with the digital loyalty application to elevate the customer experience
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of project tasks from inception to completion
- Craft and execute a compelling customer loyalty strategy
- Work in collaboration with diverse teams to ensure the project moves forward without interruptions
- Regularly update all stakeholders with clear and concise reports on the progress of the project
- Efficiently manage project resources to avoid exceeding the budget
- Follow and uphold the project management protocols and standards throughout the project duration
- Actively identify and address potential project challenges by formulating effective risk mitigation strategies
- Dedicate efforts towards continual improvement of project processes to enhance delivery efficiency
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT sector
- Proven leadership skills with at least 2 years of experience managing a team of five or more in a managerial or equivalent role
- Direct involvement in managing at least 2 full lifecycle projects or various project stages throughout the development process
- Thorough understanding and hands-on experience with SDLC and diverse project management methodologies
- Fundamental knowledge of Project and Delivery Management principles and practices
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices necessary for effective project management
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently plan and manage projects
- Competence in managing both resources and timelines to meet project deadlines
- Exceptional communication abilities for effective stakeholder interaction and expectation management
- Established history of developing and articulating a clear vision for products
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring all project elements are addressed
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, for optimal communication, coordination, and collaboration
Nice to have
- Possession of PM/DM certification would be beneficial
- A basic understanding of mobile application development
- Prior experience with customer loyalty programs or customer experience management
