We are seeking an Associate Application Manager to join our France Development Centre - FDC team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement management ecosystem, which encompasses our two applications - Scoops and Skipper. The position entails ensuring the best performance and operational monitoring within the stipulated timeline, while adhering to compliance with defined SLAs, ensuring service restoration, and managing corrective maintenance requests.
Responsibilities
- Assess and mitigate risks encountered during your work within your scope of responsibility
- Ensure delivery targets and deadlines are met while maintaining adherence to SLAs and upholding regression testing within the defined test coverage ratio
- Identify and procure essential resources when necessary
- Develop functional or technical macro-solutions, seeking additional resources and expertise as required
- Validate the proposed solutions, functional or technical hypotheses
- Manage the updating of deliverables specific to operation maintenance in accordance with regulations and standards
- Play a role in enhancing your functional and technical skills through new projects and expanded scope
- Manage or participate in relevant meetings and committees within the scope of intervention
- Facilitate communication with various stakeholders in alignment with predefined frequency settings
- Organize and maintain the documentation/knowledge base for the solutions within your scope, ensuring frequent updates with client FAQs and bug-fixing details
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a similar position
- University graduation in IT-related field
- Experience in purchasing and management control
- Skilled in application production run support and acting as a Technical Leader
- Autonomous, rigorous, and highly committed
- Curious, with initiative-seeking behavior targeting innovative solutions
- Critical, synthetic, and constructive in solution analysis
- Able to manage stress and maintain composure in error-prone production environments
- Excellent at managing and prioritizing incidents
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain collaborative relationships at all levels, including managing meetings, publicly presenting, and producing meeting outcomes
- Proficient in tools: Service Now, Jira Lanta, and Oracle with advanced PL SQL knowledge
- Fluent in French (B2 level)
