We are seeking an Application Support Specialist with T24 Transact experience.

In this role, you will provide essential production support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in incident resolution, problem management, and driving continuous service improvement.

Please note that work from the customer office 2 days per week is required.

Responsibilities
  • Provide L1/L2 support for Temenos Transact applications
  • Ensure smooth operations and timely incident resolution
  • Manage problem management processes to enhance service quality
  • Collaborate with teams to implement continuous service enhancements
  • Utilize SQL and Unix shell scripting for log analysis and troubleshooting
  • Support production operations and RTB activities effectively
  • Monitor banking interfaces, APIs, and middleware performance
  • Engage with ticketing systems like Service Now and JIRA for tracking issues
  • Automate and simplify processes to improve operational efficiency
  • Participate in CI/CD processes and manage version control tools
  • Assist in managing containerized applications using Kubernetes
  • Apply ITIL framework principles for service management
  • Maintain a general understanding of banking operations and transactions
  • Utilize monitoring tools to ensure system health and performance
  • Document and report incidents and resolution steps
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in application support with T24 Transact
  • Knowledge of core banking operations and RTB processes
  • Proficiency in SQL and Unix shell scripting
  • Understanding of monitoring tools and operating systems
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Service Now and JIRA
  • Experience in banking interfaces and APIs management
  • Capability to work with DevOps tools for automation
  • English proficiency at a professional level
Nice to have
  • Certification in Information Technology Infrastructure Library
  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices
  • Experience with T24 core logs and Temenos Interaction framework
  • Knowledge of Financial Accounting and Treasury Operations
  • Exposure to automation tools like Autosys
