We are seeking an Access Management Specialist to join our team, focusing on managing user access for a key client. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Identity and Access Management solutions across various corporate systems. Responsibilities
- Manage user access across multiple corporate platforms ensuring adherence to security policies
- Implement and maintain Identity and Access Management solutions utilizing Active Directory, Oracle, SAP, AWS IAM, and Azure AD
- Configure and maintain roles, permissions, and access policies within Oracle databases and SAP environments
- Administer user structures and access policies in Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
- Conduct access audits and ensure compliance with company and client standards
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to optimize access management workflows
- Automate routine access management tasks using scripting and tooling
Requirements
- Proven experience in access administration or identity management within enterprise environments, minimum 2 years
- Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management principles and best practices
- Experience with database role and permission configuration, including Oracle, SQLServer, MongoDB, and MariaDB
- Advanced skills managing Unix/Linux-based systems roles and permissions
- Proficiency in Active Directory and Azure Active Directory user and access management
- Experience with automation techniques in access management
- Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2)
Nice to have
- Basic scripting skills in Unix/Linux environments using Bash or Shell scripting
- Experience configuring access controls in SAP environments
