We are on the lookout for a dynamic Application Support Engineer to join our energetic team.

This role is crucial for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring rapid and thorough resolution of issues. We are keen to recruit a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a broad technical proficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for client technical support across phone, email, or live chat
  • Perform remote diagnostics to pinpoint and resolve customer issues
  • Guide clients through detailed resolution processes
  • Take full accountability for client issues from their onset to resolution
  • Develop and document innovative techniques to increase process efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and activities within our case management system
  • Effectively manage tasks to achieve service delivery objectives
  • Continuously monitor and verify the resolution of all ongoing issues
  • Refer software issues to the engineering team for thorough investigation
  • Engage with various teams to ensure streamlined resolution procedures
  • Consistently update and expand your knowledge of technical products
  • Adhere strictly to all security policies, procedures, and best practices
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Operations Support
  • Proven mastery in Linux administration and log analysis from Linux and HTTP systems
  • Outstanding troubleshooting skills, able to effectively communicate solutions to both technical and non-technical users
  • High proficiency in English (B2+ level), with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in creating technical documentation
  • Competent in managing email communications and maintaining professional phone interactions
  • Able to manage significant workloads within strict deadlines
  • Excellent time management skills with a thorough grasp of task prioritization
  • An independent, driven self-learner who is customer-focused
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team
Nice to have
  • ITIL certification or knowledge of ITIL methodologies
  • Familiarity with JavaScript and Python
  • Experience with Gsuite products
