We are looking to add an Application Manager to our team at the France Development Centre - FDC.
This role centers on overseeing our procurement management system, incorporating our applications - Scoops and Skipper. Responsibilities include maximizing performance, operational tracking within agreed timelines, meeting established SLAs, restoring services, and handling maintenance corrections.
Responsibilities
- Assess risks in your area of responsibility and act to diminish them
- Meet delivery objectives and timeframes while ensuring SLAs are adhered to and conducting regression testing according to the test coverage ratio
- Acquire necessary resources for business needs
- Create macro-solutions, both functional and technical, and bring in additional expertise when needed
- Validate suggested solutions and hypotheses, whether functional or technical
- Update operation maintenance deliverables in line with regulatory standards
- Contribute to advancing your functional and technical skills through new projects and increasing responsibilities
- Manage or be an active participant in meetings and committees related to intervention
- Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders as per agreed frequency
- Document and regularly update the solutions' knowledge base, including client FAQs and troubleshooting details
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in a comparable role
- Degree in IT or related field
- Background in procurement and management oversight
- Proficient in supporting application production and serving as Technical Leader
- Independent, meticulous, and dedicated
- Keen on initiating and exploring innovative solutions
- Analytical, with the ability to constructively critique solutions
- Effective in stress management and staying calm under production pressure
- Excellent at incident management and prioritization
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for fostering relationships, managing meetings, public speaking, and documenting meetings
- Skilled in Service Now, Jira Lanta, and Oracle with advanced PL SQL expertise
- Proficient in French (B2 level)
