We are seeking a highly experienced remote Senior SAP SCM Consultant to join our team, supporting our PDM material stream with development, and contributing to the success of our SAP implementation project.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level consultancy services, contributing to the design, development, testing, documentation, and deployment of SAP solutions, with a focus on SAP Sales and Distribution. Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level consultancy services to support the development and implementation of SAP solutions
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex SAP issues, ensuring seamless and effective SAP integration
- Contribute to the design, development, testing, documentation, and deployment of SAP solutions, with a focus on SAP Sales and Distribution
- Develop customized SAP solutions using IDOCs, ABAP, and XML, ensuring the highest quality standards of SAP development
- Conduct thorough analyses of business requirements, providing valuable insights and recommendations for SAP solutions
- Create detailed documentation of SAP solutions, ensuring clear and concise communication with stakeholders
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring successful adoption of SAP solutions
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Logistics (SCM), with a strong focus on SAP Sales and Distribution
- In-depth knowledge of IS-Retail solutions and primary data, reflecting your comprehensive understanding of the retail industry
- Expertise in requirement gathering, design, testing, documentation, and deployment support, demonstrating your end-to-end SAP implementation skills
- Proficiency in IDOCs, ABAP, and XML, enabling you to develop customized SAP solutions
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills, reflecting your ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to work independently and be self-directed, maintaining a high level of performance even under pressure
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), allowing you to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders
- Fluent spoken and written English at an upper-intermediate level or higher, enabling effective communication
