Currently, we are looking for a Remote Scrum Master to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead scrum team using Agile methodology and scrum practices
- Track against timelines
- Raise, track, communicate and escalate risks
- Required deep involvement in team’s/project’s day to day activities
- Remove any blockers and coach the team to remove impediments
- Collect and report on metrics
- Facilitate meetings and ensure meetings’ effectiveness
- Manage scope, work closely with product owners to ensure the backlog health
- Manage stakeholders and their expectations
- Ensure customer’s satisfaction
- Remove impediments and coach the team on removing impediments
- Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
- Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
- Provide coaching and training to the team where needed
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as scrum master/project manager
- Good knowledge and experience in Agile and Waterfall
- Sense of ownership and responsibility, team-player
- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
- Ability to adapt to changing environment
- Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
- Ability to analyze and think quickly
- Ability to prevent and resolve conflicts and misunderstandings
- Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the Agile/Scrum
- Experience with successful Agile techniques
- 6+ years of experience in

- Prior experience in financial services
- Prior experience in the project/company that went through the Agile transformation, and you helped in this process
