We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced remote .NET Team Lead to join our team.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of relevant work experience, 1+ years of leadership experience, and expertise in .NET. They will lead a team of developers in building, maintaining, and enhancing the project solution while collaborating with cross-functional teams and participating in customer interviews.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers in building, maintaining, and enhancing project solutions
- Collaborate with other cross-functional teams to ensure efficient delivery of project requirements
- Develop and maintain codebase of the Litmos SaaS eLearning solution using .NET
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and industry best practices for software development
- Participate in project and customer interviews
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- 1+ years of leadership experience
- Expertise in .NET
- Proficiency in AJAX, ASP.NET MVC, C#, SQL, and jQuery
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage and lead a team
- Able to work remotely, as work from the office is not required
- Customer interview and project interview required
- B2+ English level
Nice to have
- Experience in Atlassian Bamboo, MSBuild, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience working with remote teams and customers
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
