We are looking for a dedicated Solution Architect (.NET) to join our remote team. This position plays a critical role in designing and implementing technical solutions that align with business goals. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of software architecture, a strong technical background, and a passion for creating dependable and scalable systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable and efficient architecture solutions using .NET technologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions
- Lead discussions on technical design, ensuring compliance with global architectural guidelines
- Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams on design principles and best practices
- Conduct code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality and development practices
- Integrate new technologies and systems into existing frameworks
- Monitor system performance, identifying and implementing improvements as needed
- Influence the technical roadmap for project planning and execution
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry advancements
- Ensure the implementation of robust security measures and data protection protocols
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in IT, specializing in .NET architecture and solutions
- A minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, managing teams of 5 or more in technical or managerial capacities
- Involvement in at least two complete project life cycles or diverse projects across various development phases
- Expertise in system and solution architecture design
- Proven experience in technical leadership roles
- Strong background in software engineering with a focus on .NET technologies
- Proficiency in creating detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and providing accurate effort estimations
- Advanced knowledge of MS SQL Server (including SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS) and familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Redis
- Hands-on experience with ASP.NET (including MVC), WCF, and WPF/Prism
- Familiarity with middleware solutions such as RabbitMQ, Tibco, or IBM MQ
- Solid understanding of RESTful API services
- Extensive experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD), CI/CD processes, and maintaining code quality through review practices
- Capability to independently develop and test functionalities using test cases
- Strong communication skills in English
Nice to have
- Experience working with cloud platforms, especially Azure or AWS
- Certifications in architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, EACOE, or related certifications
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
- Experience conducting technical workshops and training sessions
