We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Engineer to join a newly formed product-oriented development team (POD).

You will collaborate with a client-side team consisting of a Product Owner, Technical Lead, and an existing development group (4 developers and 2 QA engineers). This role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable and maintainable features using .NET Core, C#, Vue.js (or ReactJS), MS SQL Server, T-SQL, and MongoDB. You will also ensure optimal application performance in an AWS environment. This position requires strong expertise in full-stack development, a passion for crafting reliable solutions, and the ability to excel in a collaborative Agile environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop web applications using ASP.NET Core and Vue.js or ReactJS
  • Extend existing applications to accommodate multi-tenant configurations
  • Refactor and optimize existing codebases to achieve scalability and performance goals
  • Enhance data modeling and simplify database query structures for efficiency
  • Ensure reliable integration and performance within the AWS environment, leveraging Kubernetes, preferably AWS EKS
  • Introduce robust logging and traceability systems using appropriate frameworks
  • Adopt microservices architecture principles and explore AI-driven solutions for code refactoring when suitable
  • Maintain high security and regulatory compliance during multi-tenant transitions
  • Collaborate with client-side teams to align project goals and achieve targeted delivery outcomes
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in .NET and .NET Core development
  • Advanced proficiency in ASP.NET Core
  • Strong expertise in Vue.js or ReactJS, with experience in component-based architecture, state management, and asynchronous programming
  • In-depth knowledge of MS SQL Server covering database design, optimization, and query writing
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases, including MongoDB
  • Solid understanding of Kubernetes, preferably within AWS EKS environments
  • Proficiency in AWS services like Lambda, Fargate, and SQS
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and data modeling principles
  • Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git
  • Expertise in implementing logging, observability, and traceability for .NET applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate tight deadlines effectively
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities for cohesive collaboration
  • B2-level or higher English proficiency, both written and spoken
Nice to have
  • Practical background designing multi-tenant architectures from single-tenant systems
  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices and related toolchains
  • Understanding of security principles in modern web development
  • Experience in improving performance and tuning .NET applications
  • Competency in working as part of integrated client-side teams
  • Exposure to ecosystems involving diverse technologies and tech stacks
  • Background in Python development
